Opposite the Fuentebravia housing development, is the beach of the same name, bordered by the Rota Naval Base. Protected by breakwaters all along its length, it is a beach that is mainly frequented by residents and visitors from the surrounding area. In certain stretches the buildings are so close to the sea that they penetrate the sandy area.
